Q: What is a chargeback? Should I file one?
A: A chargeback is when you ask your bank to force a refund. Please do not file a chargeback without contacting us first. We are reasonable people and want to help. Filing a chargeback without warning costs us fees and hurts our small business. Email us first—we’ll work it out.
