1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of our products (eBooks, guides, courses, and downloadable content), all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

2. Exceptions
We may offer a refund or replacement only if:

  • The download link is broken or the file is corrupted.
  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate transaction).
  • The product is technically inaccessible.

3. How to Request Help
If you experience technical issues, contact us within 24 hours from day of purchase at info@findherabroad.com, Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.

4. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and suspend any future access to our products or services.

5. Membership / Subscription Refunds
If you have a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time. However, refunds will not be issued for partial billing periods. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
